We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • Our products are not safety equipment and do not replace certified protective eyewear, helmets, or other safety gear

  • Any defect, malfunction, or failure of the product, including loss of recorded footage or data

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, including with respect to recording quality, battery life, wireless connectivity, or compatibility with all devices.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Veloptik or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
