Thank you for shopping with Veloptik. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included with the order
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The item must not show signs of use, including scratches, scuffs, lens marks, or wear on the frame

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or purchased during a promotional discount of 30% or more
  • Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of activation (including SD card insertion, charging, or recording activity)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 14-day window has passed

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

4. RETURN PROCESS

5. RESTOCKING FEE

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds reflect the item price minus the restocking fee (if applicable) and original shipping charges
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • If the returned item does not pass inspection (showing use, damage, or missing components), no refund will be issued and the item will not be returned to the customer unless they cover additional return shipping

7. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund (subject to the terms above) and place a new order separately.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process upon delivery.

9. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution through our support channels may result in the cancellation of any pending refund, replacement, or warranty claim, and may affect your ability to place future orders with us. We retain all records of correspondence, shipping, and delivery confirmation to contest invalid claims.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities. Refunds for international orders do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid by the customer.
