SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Veloptik. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery estimates, and related terms.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders (approximately 80%) are processed within 1-3 business days. Some orders may require additional processing time due to order volume, product availability, or verification checks. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and is separate from shipping/transit time.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping/transit time is 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method used.
Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping) is typically 8-18 business days from the date your order is placed.
3. SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, high order volume, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [insert support email], as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We may assist where possible, but resolution is not guaranteed.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. MULTIPLE ITEMS / SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order. Refunds for undeliverable packages, if issued, will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy and may not include original shipping costs.
